Georgina has many years experience working as a Property Manager in West Cornwall and is well equipped to provide our clients with considered advice surrounding repairs, maintenance and tenancy conduct.
Dan Roskilly

Having been born and bred in Cornwall Dan has enjoyed working in the lettings and surveying industry for over 13 years in Penzance and Redruth. He is passionate about the built environment and providing ethical and professional management services in an industry that has not enjoyed the best reputation.
Dan’s primary roles are those of client accounts manager, surveyor, valuer, building pathology specialist and in the areas of lettings technical knowledge and enforcement.
Ellie Roskilly

Ellie is a true Cornishwoman and started the family business with Dan having previously successfully owned and ran a property maintenance company for some years. Since joining the business Ellie has gained her professional membership of ARLA to demonstrate her commitment to offering a professional, ethical and qualified service.
Ellie’s roles within the business are that of senior administrator, company accounts manager, tenancy application and execution management.
Matt Thomas
Lettings Manager
Matt looks after the front end of our lettings business and is responsible for taking on new business, property marketing and agreeing new tenancies.
Matt has a wealth of experience in the property industry and has worked previously as a building pressure tester, property manager and property clerk.
Based in Redruth and Penzance in Cornwall, our aim is to provide local, professional property services. We pride ourselves on providing qualified, sound advice coupled with hands on service to ensure the very best property services.
RDR Estates is owned and managed by Dan Roskilly, AssocRICS & Ellie Roskilly. Both of them have lived in Cornwall their whole lives.
Our aim is to provide the level of service and expertise that comes with a professionally qualified and regulated lettings agent, with a reasonable and transparent fee structure.

I would highly recommend RDR Estates Penzance. Conor has been fantastic to deal with. He answers all queries promptly and courteously and has remained cheerful through some of the inevitable hiccups we experienced as first-time landlords. All the admin was handed efficiently and all our concerns listened to and acted upon. A great experience all round.

He was easy to communicate with, I felt like I could trust him! He produced a very thorough report and also talked us through it so that we felt comfortable with his feedback.
